The bathrobe is incredibly soft, a great fit, and excellent quality for the price. Although the wrong colour was initially delivered, the issue was quickly resolved after I reached out via WhatsApp; the correct robe arrived promptly. Exactly as described, good quality and delivered quickly. Great customer service - there was a problem with one colour being out of stock and an actual person rang me to discuss and later texted me to let me know they had sorted it out.
