The bathrobe is incredibly soft, a great fit, and excellent quality for the price. Although the wrong colour was initially delivered, the issue was quickly resolved after I reached out via WhatsApp; the correct robe arrived promptly. Their customer service was very responsive, and I’d definitely recommend contacting them through WhatsApp for quick assistance. Overall, a smooth and satisfying experience.

Exactly as described, good quality and delivered quickly. Great customer service - there was a problem with one colour being out of stock and an actual person rang me to discuss and later texted me to let me know they had sorted it out.

Very high quality hi vis parka jacket. Customer service is perfect also. I definitely recommend it.
