Although the wrong colour was initially delivered, the issue was quickly resolved after I reached out via WhatsApp; the correct robe arrived promptly. Their customer service was very responsive, and I’d definitely recommend contacting them through WhatsApp for quick assistance. Overall, a smooth and satisfying experience.
