Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and we're really sorry for any frustration caused by the delay.

We can see your order was dispatched from our side on time, with an estimated delivery date of 4th September. Unfortunately it arrived a day later on the 5th September due to a delay with the courier, which was outside of our control. We completely understand how disappointing it is when a parcel doesn't arrive on the expected day, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.

We always work hard to make sure our customers receive their orders on time, and we're really glad to hear it has now arrived safely. If there's anything else we can help with, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Thank you again for your feedback.
